Made of polymer clay and handpainted, these
pieces would appear to have been unearthed
at ancient sites. The very same treasures and
artifacts that inspire our stone mosaics are at
the source of these designs.

TOMB OF YABAYA, WIFE OF TIGLATH-PILESER lll 7th CENTURY B.C.
Description of treasure:
Gold, crafted into jewelry of astounding artistry, accompanied two desiccated female skeletons,
one much smaller than the other and therfore thought to be that of a child.
Nearby were gold crowns, rings, earrings and bracelets, embedded with carnelian, agate and
turquoise. Vases of bronze, alabaster and crystal filled the burial chamber along with bowls,
cups and flasks of gold.
Scattered among the bones were tiny, multipetalled golder rosettes that some mourners hand
had showered over the departed.
